The gadgets are only usable to certain ranks for a reason. That reason is to get people to upgrade and buy new ranks which increases the amount of money the server makes, so if you want to use a gadget you cannot right now I suggest you upgrade

 

I think some gadgets were disabled along with mounts due to a glitch.
