No support, it actually costs money to change these things. If it's not needed or is just irrelevant then it's not worth the money, a few ratings never hurt anybody. I don't understand why people turn into babies when someone dislikes or disagrees with their post. People tell others who do the negative ratings to respect the opinion of the comment/thread but the person who put the rating is stating his or her opinion and the get hate for it. It's ridiculous.
