Oh, sorry. So, we need to some how contact a Mod or Admin to commit an action towards him?

 

Here is another thing that he does the second I just ask him to stop.

Every post I now post on his threads are getting rated dumb and such.

 

Same here, he rate abuses me too, almost all of my dumb ratings are from him lol. #rateabuse

 

I had 6 negative ratings 3 days ago.
Then I posted/asked him a question.

 

I had five this morning.....

 

Well, I can't relate.. That's a first.

 

Programer reminds me of a kid in my class saying im not the boss or crap

 

And he claims he's 23? LOL
This kid is doing nothing to make him a better person on the forums and the community. I don't understand what his problem is.

Considering you've given out way more negative ratings than me, and seem to target a certain person with no apparent reason, I'd assume you're a rate abuser.

Progamer, may I ask you to STOP ARGUING WITH EVERYBODY THAT DISAGREES WITH YOU! There is no reason to and all you are doing is causing more conflicts and escalating them. I would like you to realize this before you actually get punished for this, yet you never listen WHEN WE ARE TRYING TO BENEFIT YOU! So, please stop this arguing, as you are flooding my 'Alerts' and it just aggravates me that you excessively do so. Thank you if you are actually going to try to cooperate.

Progamer... I'm just saying you can't make all these conflicts. Just because someone disagrees with you doesn't mean you have to start a war with them. Accept the fact they don't agree and move on with yourself. There is NO need for these stupid conflicts to continue being created. Please, try to end this.
