Say if you make a ban appeal or just start a conversation with a mod and they read it and don't reply or just anyone in general there should be something that says that the message has been read this would helpful because it would inform players of many things in different ways
No support, we may get busy so we might have seen it but not have been able to reply. This would also make us seem like bad mods if this were to have happened.
Then you reply saying you can't get to it right now and to ask another moderator. There's no downside to this, so support.
The point of an appeal is for the mod that banned you to unban you. The other mods shouldn't be involved between you and the mod that banned you. No support.
Neutral. It can be useful, but it's just as annoying as iOS 9 because staff may not have the time to look at the thread but it shows that it has already been seen if they open it.
