No support, you wouldn't be able to move it.

People can already close their own threads.

    -Someone has a thread open
    -They want the thread closed
-They ask a mod to close it (or) they tag a mod to close to (or) they make a report using the "report" button asking a mod to close it
    -A mod closes it
-End result: The player closed their own thread.

It's easier the way it is now too because a mod can lock and move the thread at the same time.

Also, sometimes it takes a long time to get one closed

Depends how you request a said thread to be closed.

True, but I saw @Ruminisque ask for a thread to be closed because it was resolved and other stuff (He didn't tag mod but I did) and it still isn't closed

That's the thing with tagging mods. You are only alerting the mods which you tagged, and who might not be on the forums for a while again. But if you were to report someone who requested a thread to be closed using the report button, every mod would be alerted and the thread will be closed within minutes, if not seconds.

What thread is it, I'll close it.

It has some flaws but those could be easily fixed.

What are the flaws that I can put in the suggested section?

Moving the thread to the desired area after locking it. This could be fixed though by maybe putting the player locked threads into a queue for staff to see.
