I want there to be a forums app cause its really annoying to go to safari, firefox, or internet explorer and look it up, I also want to know when someone talks to me in a conversation, or they talk on my suggestion.
Neutral As the Cucumber stated, there might be some financial costs to run an app. Also, if you're talking about a phone app many phones (such as Iphones) you can set a webpage to be an app icon on your home screen.
No support. This suggestion isn't thought out. A survey of 96 mobile app developers gave out an average of $6,453 to make a small app. How would it work? Would it store all of the data on the app? Would it use cloud storage, so you wouldn't have to store all of the data from the site onto your phone? Even more costs on renting a server to store it on? Would you be able to use it without wifi or a nG signal? Would you be able to comment and post while offline and automatically upload once connected to the internet? It just isn't possible to make a forums into an app. If it was larger forums such as 4chan and bodybuilders would have mobile apps. You require a web browser to access the World Wide Web. It isn't possible, the app can't be the same as a website.
No support. There's a lot of issues the owners have to deal with right now, and this isn't going to help that much. The financial issue in this is a big thing.
You could always bookmark it on your browser instead of looking it up each time. Also, if you have an email app on your phone, you can set it up to receive an email notification every time someone replies to a thread or conversation.
