I know that 5 mods were promoted at new member, but if you see the current New member(and a few member) mod applications, most of the readers would say something like:
'Get more active on the forums and in game',
what better way to know the player(who made the application) is active would be seeing the title 'active member' and other titles above it.

I strongly support.

A qualification of being a mod is to be active on the forums. The tag 'a Active Member' is there to show people that well, you are an active member. Mods should most definitely be active members or higher.

At the end of the day, the quality of the mod app is still what matters.

 

I think everyone should have equal opportunity to make a mod app. True, it would stop some mod app spam, but it's not fair in my opinion.

 

Support. I don't like seeing members who literally joined a couple seconds ago making moderator applications. 100%!

 

I think just member is good but nobody can do it new member
