I've seen multiple, not related to the situation, post within someone else's forum report. Is it now alright to post within someone else's forum report of you are not closely related to the situation? I'd like this to be cleared up, because I'm not sure if they are receiving warning points or not either.
It is just because the moderators either have not seen it or just allow them to do it. Not sure why but I personally don't think it should be a rule if the forum reports are for everyone to see.
