I think that like reports that only the mods and admins should be able to see them as everyone just posts on the threads random things and hate for people they don't know. Its not up to them who should be mod and its not up to the to make the decision for other mods to choose who they work with. The mods and admins should be the sole chooses of who they want to work with and who should be hired as it impacts on them and the staff "community" as if you have mods that don't like each other then there will be a bad team spirit and less people would play if they saw mods having arguments all the time.
No. People benefit from having the community look at their application s. They get feedback to help them improve.
Not really, people just have an opportunity to put down players, start flame wars and spread lies about people they don't like.
That hasnt honestly happened to me, and if you are mature enough to be a mod you should be able to handle it. Also @Alexa this is in the wrong srction Also how do like merkz know if you are a good or bad mod if this happens? People can state their mind if you will be good or terrible.
It does not matter about the maturity of the person, I find myself to be fairly mature and yet it still frustrates me when people get their friends to hate on peoples' applications with false information and no proof, then continually harass the person on their application. I've found that this isn't dependent on the maturity of the applicant, simply the immaturity of the commenter.
I believe this is in the right section, due to him suggesting that they should be privated. Also. In my opinion, applications should be open for everyone to see. You learn a lot about a person through their application as in mentions their traits, skills and characteristics. If we were to put these on private and people were to be promoted, we would have a bunch of Moderators that no one knows anything about. Applications are open for everyone not just to allow people to comment supports or suggest things, but to give the community a taste of what that person is like and is capable of.
