Updated rules

So a lot of people were confused with this game.
Step 1. If your a player you count +1
-If your a staff member you -1

So say we start at 50 and @PandaBear__ comments, it would go down to 49. Then say I comment and it goes back to 50.
The point of this game is we want the Staff Members to go to 0 and the players go to 100.
