Only free ranks can use contrabanned (Im pretty sure) and some non-free people have plots and they need to use flint and steel for some reasons 1. Making a nether portal (12 obsidian + flint and steel right click in middle) 2. Fireplace (1 netherrack + flint&steel) 3. (Lava): Trash disposal (Empty space, place lava in empty space, put 1 block 2 blocks high from the hole) Guards, if you jail people for usng these items, please explain why you are using it.
