Insolar's Moderator Application Support: 0 Neutral: 4 No Support: 0 I've decided to at least try out for the moderator position as I believe Skywars and other servers are lacking in staff. I would prefer to moderate Skywars and Creative but any server is fine honestly. Any form of advice the community has to offer I'll deeply consider, so thank you all for your input <3 A Little About Me: So my real name is Jonathan and I'm currently a freshman in highschool (14), my ign was Flaminghades12 but is now Insolar. I live in California which is in the Pacific Time Zone. I speak about 2 languages and I'm taking Spanish in HS right now xD. As I've said before, I'm a generally nice person but I honestly dislike those who won't give others a chance. I can be really competitive sometimes so excuse me if I get salty :p Highschool does get busy sometimes so I hope you all understand inactivity from time to time. I've made numerous friends on MV so as long as you're polite and positive I can be friends with basically everyone :D Why Should You Become a Mod? What Differentiates You From Other Applicants? Well, I've been playing on Mineverse since 2013 and I've seen many things on this server over the years. believe that I can relate to other players and understand things from their point of view. One thing I've seen on Mineverse is bias between Mods and players who happen to be their friends. This is one thing I can ensure I wont apply EVER when working as a Moderator (aka I'll try to make decisions WITHOUT any amount of bias). Another reason why I believe I would be eligible to receive the position of Moderator is because of how often I am online. As I've said before, MV is really lacking in staff which results in complaint activity increasing. These are the specific times I can be on on a daily basis: Monday - Thursday 5:00 PM - 10:00 PM Friday: 4:00 PM - 10:00 PM Saturday: 10:00 AM - 11:00 PM Sunday 5:00 PM - 9:00 PM As you can see I can be online at least 5 hours every day ensuring that chat is kept clean and everyone is having a good time. I'm always eager to help and make new friends :D Somedays of course I have big tests or family events I need to attend to, but otherwise I am on 5 hours a day 7 days a week. The Shady Stuff, Have You Ever Been Banned? Well regretfully, I was banned for about a month for a really ridiculous reason. It was my own fault, naïve and reckless I wasn't watching my own mouth. But that mistake I have corrected and ever since then I've received no complaints Past Experiences As A Mod? Of course like everyone else I have been a co-owner on a server that was abruptly shut down. But I with all honesty wouldn't call that experience xD. I've plenty experience with the community but very little with a position of authority. I have a clear understanding of commands like / ban (player) (reason),and basic things like uploading evidence for reports ( I use Screencast-o-matic). In conclusion, I would like to thank you all for the advice input and support. If I am granted with this position I promise to take great care of the Mineverse family <3 THANK YOU ALL
