Currently there's a NPC at spawn called the "Banker" unsure what he is supposed to do but right now he does this: If he has no command linked to him what is the purpose of him even being there? I think you should either replace him with something that does work and that could be more useful or fix his command so it does what it's supposed to again if you have that plugin that was used for him still installed that is.
