So, i had rank Sponsor, then i accidentally bought premium, which i didnt mean to. Plz can u fix it. So can u put my rank back to Sponsor plz

Do as they said that is all you can do. Just email [email protected] and provide them with "Full" Screen Shots "non cropped" Showing you had premium and sponsor. Also provide them with your payment information that you used to purchase the rank.
