A.) Why are external links allowed in the first place? B.) Moderators don't have the necessary tools to know where a massive building project is taking place. In order for moderators to do their jobs, they need tools to find content that must be moderated. For that reason, if 1000s of blocks are placed by a single player in any game mode, than the location of the player at the time of construction, should be logged to an array of places moderators need to check. And once a place is checked, it may be taken out of the array of places that need checking by the moderator. Creative is putting this whole server and the owners at risk- and should be removed until the moderators have the tools and numbers to do their job. Once creative is reset and the tools are in place, then it shouldn't be a problem. As far as profanity goes, strict filters and automatic bans on repeat offenders works on many popular games out there, but attempting to stop every form of profanity or "disrespect" is futile. Another option might be to have an adults-only Creative (existing one- require Date of Birth verification), and a friendly (heavily policed) Creative for kids and people who don't want to be around something disgusting.
