Hey, @Joel the pro. Here are some things you could add to your application to make it better in quality. Add color. This isn't neccessary, but a splash of color makes it look more creative, and that you put more time into your app. Use full sentences. Again, this makes it look like you used more effort to create this. Be more active in-game and on the forums. I've never seen you on/in either of those. Use better grammar, spelling, and word-choice. Put more detail, especially in the "Why do you think you should become a mod" section. I give no support as of now. Keep working on it, and good luck.
