Gay shouldn't even count as an insult and therefore there's no need for it to be filtered. It's like calling someone a girl, what's offensive about it? How's it an insult? We're all humans no matter our gender, race, sexuality or age and to call someone the noun of a different variation in the human race is not offensive, but rather correct or incorrect. (Sorry this turned into kinda a rant that makes no sense.)
No Support Even though people are going to give me hate... People will start abusing "Gay". This word would be abused and out of it being said probably 2% would only be used without trying to harm someone else. Not everyone takes being called "Gay" nicely.
I don't see what the problem with being called "gay" is. If the recipient is not gay, it's just a mistake. If the recipient is gay, I don't see how it could be an insult. I know some people don't use the word correctly, but Gay doesn't just mean homosexual. It means happy & light hearted. The LGBT+ community is bigger than ever and I bet most of the server would treat the word with respect. I hope you reconsider your choicing, thankyou for reading this
It honestly makes no sense why this is censored in the first place. "Gay" is a term meaning you are homosexual, and if you are, it shouldn't bother you. If you aren't, and you know you aren't, then it shouldn't bother you either.
