3. A description of what rule they broke/how they broke it: I asked him to pay me money on prison 20k, and i will give him 7.5k on factions... I payed him 1st then he never paid me the full 20k he only paid me 16.9k i asked him when he will pay the rest said he will pay me the extra 3k in about 10 mins which he never did. i still asked him for about 2 days to give me my money but he just ignores my and it`s annoying. You may think 3k is not much but every little helps.
