Maybe you could add a book with different sections so people can find commands easier so that people won't be confused when looking in chat from others chatting.

If it's just for commands, I think a custom /help output would work better than a book

it could be with commands a book was just an option I was thinking a layout like
WorldEdit<
Commands<
Etc...

of course everything is just an option but i was thinking about that sort of layout

 

World edit can be found with a simple google search, and commands can be found via /help
