Hello my name is Austin aka FakeProfileName , today i will be talking out my rank [Elite]. Now i have my perms and my prefix when i talk in chat but what bugs me is that when I press [Tab] my name color is Premium Color [Yellow] if you can not fix this its ok and i can live with it but it would be great if it could be fixed. Basically I have this issue on some servers, but I can deal with it. Many have this issue too, but also live with it, since it doesn't really affect much of gameplay. However, if you really want to do something about it, do email:

[email protected]

In the email, you should include: Your in-game name, details about the issue you are having, and basically add other essential details. Once you are done with that, send it. You will receive an automatic email from the name "Anthony Pepperoni" (That's Cyp's auto message thing to confirm he has received the message, so don't be alarmed, and don't reply to it).

Patiently wait for the reply for a maximum of one week. I got my reply regarding issues of my Premium rank after Cyp promoted me in about 4 days, I think.

This is just something that we have to live with. For most people, your rank that you initially purchased will be the color your name remains in tab. Mine is different colors all over the server.
