I'm posting this thread because I have a question that's been jumping around in my mind for the past hour.
Is faking quotes illegal? Like, modifying the contents upon reply?
I'm asking because I've seen a specific player constantly do it and I feel that it's wrong.

It's not illegal, it's just rude and ignorant.
