Are Auto-Sort mods not allowed on Factions? I tried to use one and every time I did it just put it back to how it was. Are they not allowed due to maybe people are able to duplicate items?

Probably since most hack clients use them and there'd be no way to tell the difference, if I'm incorrect, sorry.
