Like other servers that ive been on ive seen them donate for $ or blocks,ores.
Packages:Wolf Pack You get wolf eggs and bones and other packages you can think of maybe pay for more power.

I always liked this idea maybe include a kit raid that includes tnt and redstone. Also kit miner which has tools for mining.
