what rule he broke: Bullying

why I want him banned because he said "Gay ppl (people) can go suicide" to me that is bullying. Also he said a lot more before like if you look at the bottom you can see what I said he said that is another thing that he said but I didn't get a pic of that. I know this is short but I don't care about how short it is as long as he gets banned on factions.
