EULA stands for End User License Agreement. It's the long thing that nobody ever reads when doing stuff like installing software or signing up for a website. Mojang's EULA has made it so there can be no pay to win.

Well, have you noticed any changes with the server.

One blatantly obvious one was the removal of kits from servers. Mojang also attempted to shut down the server multiple times.

EULA is the thing we all hate, it removed kits for ranks and ruined the server. Thats it. Case Closed

Long story short, I'm pretty sure EULA basically means no pay to win.

The few gamemodes that still have kits are that way because normal players do not need to donate to acquire the items that donators get for donating. For example, kitpvp2 still has donation kits because non-donators can get the items in a high donation kit without donating, by buying and enchanting armor for in-game currency. The gamemodes that had kits but were removed, Infection, for example, the kits were removed because non-donators had no way of getting the items that the donator kits gave out without donating.
