-Make more reports, as your latest is almost 1 month ago.
-Not much work needs to be done on your activity on forums, but keep up the activity.
-I have never seen you in-game because of Timezone issues. But, I see _DeltaWolf_ and Auzziii online, and they are Australians like yourself.

- When I was previously active on Mineverse (about 20 days-1 month ago), I never did see you. I do have quite a similar timezone of GMT + 8.00. That's a two hour difference, if I'm not wrong. I see @Alex (iAlexandra) online and she has a slightly bigger timezone gap than the two of us.
- "/ban <playername> <reason> Appeal at www.mineverse.com" Mods don't have /ban. /tempban only. (Head Mods have /ban though). Moderators can straight up do #appeal instead of typing out the full message.
- "/mute <playername> <date/diff>" Mods don't have /mute, only /tempmute.
- I suggest playing around with some colours (optional thing)

- "but it's also quite a difficult job that I've heard from some of the staff members." Mainly the hate, the dedication, the drive you need to moderate a toxic server like this is really hard to keep up. Also sometimes some Moderators are inactive, and it'll put a bit more stress there. So hopefully you'd be ready for that kind of thing... I couldn't sustain it for that long, really respect all of the other Moderators who are still standing today, and are actually active on the server. :OO
