Ever since i dontated, I have a steve skin... HELP

Well ever since i donated (i got VIP rank) my skin doesn`t work. I can see my skin fine, however others players just see the default Steve skin. I dont like this and its annoying ater i spent money dontating i get this problem please help me and fix this issue and i am not the only one this has happend to. :(

 

I doubt donating is affiliated with your skin appearance, I really don't see how.

Right now, legacy skins is quite slow, so there's your problem. When that happens, you'll see lots of people with steve skins on. Just be patient with Mojang while they fix it.

Actually, I have a different opinion. Or, solution I guess. If you go on Mineverse, and type /version, you see the server is in version 1.7.5 I've been playing Mineverse in 1.7.2, 1.7.4, 1.7.9, and 1.7.10 However, whenever I play Mineverse in version 1.7.5, my skin loads, so do all the heads I have on my wall in creative. So just try playing in 1.7.5 Hope it helps!

I just tried this but sadly people still only see me as a steve. But thanks for the help anyway.

Actually, it means you have a hack. Turn it off and everything will be good

 

Well im using optifine, Like i said this happens to most people. Does optifine count as a hack?

 

Uh, no. It doesn't mean that. >.>

Optifine is allowed on the server.

 

As long if it doesn't give any pvp advantages. You are fine.

Minecraft 1.7.10 Has skin issues.

Many people switch back to 1.7.5

 

Yea I have noticed everyone on 1.7.10 cant see my skin but anyone on a lower version can see my skin.

Try re-uploading your skin file, that usually works for me.
