Possible Solution to EULA?EULA: Basically, you can read up more if you are unaware, but this solution targets the part of where things must be fair and you can't "buy" things to get "advantages over others that some others may not have". I would like to say that this solution isn't by me, and some other blacklisted servers have already implemented this in protection of the EULA. SOLUTION: I propose that people can BUY ranks using in-game money (Obviously, that amount will have to be a lot, depending on servers). This will allow people to have the same advantage as they are able to work for this money and get tags, ranks, perks, etc. and "pay" using in-game money. Q&A(Please look for your question here before posting yours): Q: I have a rank, and I got it fairly by paying real life money. This will be unfair to me as I got it with real money and others will get it with in-game money! What will happen? A: Well, I honestly don't have an answer to this. However, I am certain that other servers that have implemented this will think of a way to combat this. Perhaps replacing with a special limited edition tag like [Moneyman] or [BeforeEULA], etc. Q: What is an example of a server that had already implemented this exact solution? A: Here is an example of a server on the blacklist that had already implemented this solution. Do let me know if this is considered advertising, so if you don't wish to see it, don't open this Spoiler. A: Perhaps just donations, or maybe donators could be given perks like particles, tags, etc. I'm really unsure now, as other server owners and their respective admins who implemented this solution are still thinking of ways to solve this. I will add it in once I find out.
As I said, other servers are facing this issue too. So I'm also wondering, but this is one side to the solution. Perhaps they could be given tags, special particles, etc.?
If they can still somehow get the money then this would be good, but Mineverse might shut down without the money. It is expensive to run this, especially with the server and forums. So I'll stay neutral at this point.
OR Mineverse can just edit/re-make their ranks to EULA compliant like you get curtain pets, particle effects, emoticons in chat, color chat, there's so many other things they can add to the ranks then pay2win items... They just won't do it.. :/ No support.
On another server, they have this, where they get a special tag to signify that they had purchased a rank.
