Pretty much. Mojang isn't doing anyone any favors by doing this, especially themselves. There are better ways to approach a issue like this as a company who lets people make whatever they want on a game they own.

I agree, they're millionaires so who cares about the people working hard on servers right?

      It's what all businesses do.

Mojang is a business, not a service. Think about it, from a business perspective, it is excellent, you would probably do the same thing. I certainly would.

Would you like other people making thousands and thousands of dollars off your game? No, of cause not, you would want that money.

No, I would do a plan that not only encourages users to play my game but it also makes my company money. Say, force users to pay a subscription for server hosting then take a percentage of donations for ranks and such from the user's shops on the server. Instead, Mojang decided to do this plan that not only discourages users from making donations but it prevents Mojang from making any money from the plan i just stated above.

Honestly removing all these commands would make god just as valuble as mvp. Also you can give these commands to everyone (like pvs and /echest on OP PvP). Taking away some of these commands would "shock" a lot of people which could make them leave.

As long as it's given to EVERY player. I just stated things like pvs and echest because non donors don't have those perks. Good point though.

I'd rather stay blacklisted if being eula compliant means i can't have /fix

Why? We could have something such as repair signs added. If we don't remove things such as /fix, then we'll eventually be completely screwed.

Yes, but when Mojang notices us going around a issue, then we have a problem. I'd imagine if they see us going around the EULA or trying to they won't unblacklist us the minute we are caught.

They did for many other servers, plus we could do it after the blacklist is over

"Did" is the keyword. I'd imagine Mojang is constantly changing as we know, so I bet they wouldn't allow it coming next year.
