Anyway. Honestly, I would have to rate this within the top candidates section. You stand out well, compared to the others going for this position. I'm unsure what the reason is to why you haven't been promoted yet, but, if there is a reason hopefully the head-mods and Cyp will ignore it and give you the chance you are rightly deserved.
