/kittycannon doesn`t work. Neither does /clear . And colour codes doesn`t work either. Noobcrew or someone please fix this. (Survival)

Clear does work. Try using /clearinv instead though :p EdIt: Looked at some stuff from other elites, and as it turns out lots of the commands are faulty, but they only seem to work on certain servers.
Probably Cypriot didn't add all your permission. Give it some time maybe? Happened to me 2 times before and I asked him to he fix it, which he did. Some gamemodes doesn't work with colors like Lobby and Prison.
I am pretty sure donations automagically apply to you when you buy them. He doesn't manually do it. If it is causing issues for him, either something went wrong with buycraft, or the entire rank is bugged.
He did to mines. When I got the package I couldn't do /list or /near etc. Then he fixed my permissions. I don't think it will occur anymore. It was awhile ago. :/
