Duping is still possible I say blacklist minecarts so it isn't possible at all. Even if you can't place minecarts, people look for abandoned mineshafts and make their portals there. Also if you do blacklist minecarts, maybe you can use an dispenser too place it? Anyways, I hope these bugs get looked at.
