OP PvP Dr_Stew and local__host Hacking[Banned][Sparky]

2. The offender's exact ingame name: Dr_Stew and local_ _host
3. A description of what rule they broke/how they broke it: Hacking. For Dr_Stew, you can see that he hits Cliqe and head snaps on me directly when I come close.
