This is such hacks. It's the 24th yet this person has 25 votes. I don't know what he did but it clearly counts as cheating. A lot of people here try really hard to get Top Voter not just for the rank but to make the server more popular as well. But when people like this come and get free ranks because they cheat an extra vote it just ruins the fun and makes it unfair.

I believe he has the proper amount of maximum votes, since it goes by GMT - It resets at midnight - Which would make it the 25th for him.

I think everyone else for some reason is behind by 1 vote.
