Hello.

So I went on factions like 4 days ago and I didn't have my rank ELITE on there. I asked a moderator for assistance and he said email [email protected]

So I did. He said it should take up to 3 days for them to answer. It has been three days and I still don't have my rank on Factions and no one replied to the email.

Can someone please help?

 

Are you sure you don't have your rank? Kits were disabled so it may look like you don't have one. Type in chat and make sure the prefix is there.

You know I have the same problem my prefix and everything is missing.

 

Jusf remember to bump your email and make sure you have the evidence of you having the rank in other gamemodes. That way cyp will notice you faster

Emailing support is the only way to fix your rank issue.
