Hello, User PressTehPancake here. I have recently purchased the "Supreme Rank" and it hasen't gone through the server, but has gone through the card. I would also like to add I tried to buy "God" in early August this year. It however did not work as well. For these transactions I have used a Visa card, that had money in it and I had double checked, I got my actual money back from the "God Rank" Mishap earlier this week, but have not yet received my "Supreme Rank" nor have I gotten a refund. I would very much indeed like it if you would help me out, because I really love this server and this stuff is way too confusing. Thanks ~PressTehPancake
Send an email to [email protected] with your in game name, problem, proof of which game modes you are missing your rank on, and proof that you have the rank. You might not get an immediateresponse, so try sending the same email once every week. Are you charge backing? Also is your visa card actually allowing transfers to mineverse as that could be why it'd not working
