Why should I become a moderator? I believe I have many of the qualities of becoming a moderator. Honesty: I believe the first step to trust is honesty. I would never lie to anyone about anything. I will always be straightforward with you and tell you the truth. I do not appreciate liars, and I know nor does anyone else. Friendliness: I will always be nice and friendly to those of our server, because I know firsthand that if you have a rude and mean staff, chances are you won’t be having many players. I will help players to the fullest of my ability, so they will remember their experience and want to come back. Experience: I have owned a Fairly large sized server with my best friend (at one point we had 75 players), so I know what it takes to moderate and maintain a server. However, we had to shut it down because we ran out of funds to run it, as 2 14 year olds are not very rich in funds :p. But during that time I was able to learn the fundamental commands of running a server. Respect: I will treat and respect every single person with the utmost respect. I will never back talk to my superiors; I will never be rude to anyone under any circumstance, and I will Never, EVER, ignore a player in need of help. Tagging Players/Mods makes it seem like you're desperate for support.. I don't like your attitude very much and you tend to feel like everything is supposed to go your way No Support.
Are you serious....Im not tagging moderators for "Desperation", Im tagging those who have been there from the beginning for me. The people I tagged were my best friends. I don't need either of you to lecture me about the rules, because I can assure you I have enforced them more than the both of you combined. I don't need either of your crap, I understand you both immaturely hate me for showing both of you up, but that's not related to any of this. If you do not have any constructive criticism, leave my app. I will take action if neither of you delete your posts and get the Hell off my app. I don't need this tag team Crap in my life.
Even though you're banned and won't see this for a bit. No support. If you want to tell your friends how cool they are, do it in one of those appreciation threads always floating around, or on their profile. A mod application is not the place to tag friends, especially mods, because as they both said, it looks like you're giving a little *nudge* for them to read and support your application. Also, your attitude towards both mods and players is inappropriate for a moderator. An application is asking for criticism, and for opinions. If you can't take them, you shouldn't be applying. A mod gets a lot of hate every day, and if you can't take two opinions towards you that you don't like, you don't have what it takes. I wish you the best of luck.
