I wouldn't say remove post counts from reports in general. People who actively do reports should be allowed to gain said post count. However, if possible to remove post count upon use of a multi-mod, then that wouldn't be of harm at all. Though, with the removal of post counts from multi-mods, the moderators may just end up doing it manually anyway, to gain the post. So, I guess it could be seen as post farming...
No support. They are helping the server and get nothing in return, giving them messages for handling reports and stuff is fair because it's giving them a reward for what they work for. You are complaining so much about everything staff members do, like nanurz and flazer with the keemstar you replied "are you serious" and now this? honestly just because you aren't staff doesn't mean you have to make there life's harder.
I'll explain this for people like you who are unaware. You see, every single person a mod bans they have to log that ban in a 'ban log thread' that they've created in the staff section of the forums. Now, imagine mods having banned say, 500 people, that is 500 posts. Furthermore every single report they handle they gain a post, and if you view the archived reports, you'll see there is a crap ton. Then there's ban appeals. Every reply they make on these is yet another post, and at the end there is still the multimod. Overall, a crap ton of posts are gained from this. Heck, I'd go as far to say that a lot of my posts aren't really a true reflection as many of them would've been from being a staff member.. With that said, they do not do their job for posts. Taking this away shouldn't affect them in any way. In fact, all it would do is allow people to fairly get onto the member page thingy, and see who truly has a large amount of posts. :P Yes it doesn't hurt anyone, and it wouldn't hurt anyone if it did change. There's really no reasons for them to be gaining posts from things us players cannot even see.
Well they basically post almost say the same messages on every report unless the report is invalid due to lack of evidence. So it's honestly easy to rack in post counts. Support. EDIT: To add on.. Yes, the people who report a lot get the post count, but it can take long periods of times just to get the video uploaded and for a staff member to post the same message on almost all reports?
No support, I guess it encourages mods to do reports and things and I guess they don't get paid for their work so why not get posts instead :D
I also think it's a bit late for this, people already have over 5000 posts and it'd be incredibly difficult to catch up with them if someone became a staff member in the coming months and this suggestion was accepted.

I'm mostly referring to ban logs as I know they're an extremely easy way to gain posts with eez. As expected. I never once said it's a 'big deal', I merely addressed it as I see it as unfair that normal players cannot gain posts by these means.
