Support! I actually had this idea earlier but no need to post it now. I think this would work great on survival as when claiming lots of land it does take a while I was on for such a long time trying to get then and when I looked I didn't have a lot at all.
Support.~ But maybe the different donor ranks can get more and more? Not like a multiplier but say if you have Premium, you would get 10 more than people with no ranks. And so on and so on. When getting to Titan, you could get about 60-70 more blocks than a God? Sorry if the idea seems confusing ^^
Support. I had to wait a while to claim my current project, which is decent sized. I almost couldn't claim it and had workers I had never met working on it at the same time. A big risk was taken because I hadn't had enough blocks.
