For those of you saying he's lying. He isn't. Look on the first screenshot, zoom in, he has a tab open called "Mineverse | Welcome" Go to shop.mineverse.com and look at the tab it's called "Mineverse| Welcome" So before you accuse him of lying, how about you actually carefully look at the picture.
Though I believe that he actually bought the rank, this image could have been staged and he could have opened that tab to make it look believable. Good eye though. I do agree that people should look more carefully.

In your 2nd picture, it says transaction date, invoice and confirmation#. I think thats all the evidence you need. Also bump your email every day or message them when they are online.
Don't bump it every day as that'll be extremely aggravating once they notice the email. Only bump it every 2 - 3 business days. I'm sorry.
They replied to my email saying "Transaction never went thought, error price" what does that exactly mean ;-;
