Also, what do mods do about "Positive" rate abuse, example what if [a] gave 3 likes in one hour? is that "rate abuse"?

 

rate abuse is when you spam rate a player by either posts or profile page stuff. It can be positive spam or neutral or negative.

 

So... What about
5 Positive Rates in an hour? Someone i dislike did that and i am giggling like a little girl with a new doll right now.
