Why do you think you should become a mod? I play skywars almost everyday, and I encounter a lot of stupid people swearing and harassing and some times just calling them names and I could get then to stop if I was a mod.
How long can you be active on the server everyday? During the summer I was on there 3-4hours a day, since school started its 1-2hours everyday though.
How long have you been playing Mineverse? Maybe 7-9 months I believe.
Do you have any past experience as a moderator? On an smp server I am a helper.

 

You need TONS more detail if you want any support. I hate to be so harsh, but you should really take a look at another players app as an example. Please don't copy anyone though, as that will greatly decrease your support.
