1. Your ingame name: MrComboKid (Too lazy to log onto my other forums acc, so reporting on my alt acc)
2. The offender's exact ingame name: Armindam
3. A description of what rule they broke/how they broke it: death wishes (when we asked him if he wanted to kill us irl or ingame, he said irl too)
