This mythical ''death threat'' thing actually exists on Minecraft. I doubt a 13 year old child is gonna visit the dark web and hire a hitman on another 12 year old because he got ''r3kt'' and is ''ez''.

Death threats should definetly remain punishable by 30 days. However, I believe death wishes deserve more lieniancy. There are a few variables we should consider. a) someone telling another to kill themselves will rarely, if ever, result in a suicide. Come on, if you are that unstable, maybe this game isn't fit for you. I wouldn't exactly say mineverse is a kid friendly server all the time. b) When someone says Kys or makes a threat, I believe it can be very easily taken out of context. I have personally had this experience but unlike others, I got unbanned almost immediately.

I made the rules a few times and from my POV, the rule needs to be tweaked. It's too crude.
