My friend got this item and died instantly. He can't join in the server again or he will get kicked off again. Can a moderator or someone remove this from his inventory? He really likes Mineverse creative. His internet web browser is currently not working so I am writing this report for him. Please help, it's really boring going to other creative servers with him, mineverse creative ROCKS!
Gees, does no one search the forums before they post..ugh 1000000 people have asked this, so please look at other posts before you make a new topic. I do get this topic come up a lot, so I'm gonna give you a short and simple answer to the question. Tell them to head them to head to http://shop.mineverse.com/category/105731 enter their username, then buy the "Clear Inventory [Creative]". Don't worry, the item is free, and although it may seem like you have to pay, it is completely free, and once you go through all their terms and policy's, and purchasing stuff and all of that...they just have to click "Claim free item" or something like that, and it will clear their players inventory. I can't guarantee that this will work, for some people it does, but for others it doesn't, but it's worth a try. Try searching the forums for other people that have had the same problem (which I know there are many that have) and see if they have any solutions, but this is the only solution which I know. If the player is still unable to get on, send an email to [email protected] and explain your problem to them. Be aware, support will take a long time to get back to you, or may not get back to you at all, please do not spam the service, it just holds them up
RainbowCookiz, I also have this problem. Once when I was on creative, someone said tpa for a Enchanted Item (Since I was so dumb that day) Well I tried to run on the "W" key and it Crashed my mac. Noobcrew is fixing it, I would recommend to tell your friend to not play creative for a bunch of weeks.
