I try the best I can with capturing evidence and reporting them. But sadly it is so hard to get moderator I just mainly report :p.

 

Well, just a tip which you may already know from other places on forums- Never say stuff like 'reported!' or 'Hah, took a screenshot, have fun being BANNED!' It can be annoying at times and the person will just try to start an fight with you. I think you don't do that though, so it's not kinda regarding you, but to others here. :P
