Your Ingame Name: NoMoreSanity The offender's ingame name: DarkXxkiller29 The offender's ingame name: Im,not sure whether scamming is a ruler or not but,this player broke the rule by going into a skype call with the victim as the video shows and scammed him and ended the call as soon as he scammed him. Extra Information I know about this player: An extra piece of information I know is that this player lied and said he has "never" scammed ever and made a ban appeal thread(something that I assume he did since he was unbanned). Also, he was able to convince many players that he was "framed" when he was banned from GTA. Proof: P.S I used CypriotMerks's form of how to report a player correctly.Also, I apologize for using Kit PvP as the gamemode to report this player because GTA was not available to be selected in the gamemodes.Also,please mind that I don't know why there are so much number in this report please just ignore that. Also,since he was banned once and was recieved im sure,I think this player should be permanently banned from GTA because he will just keep scamming and just make appeals everytime he is banned. ~~~~NoMoreSanity
