Darkshark119 God Rank

In late 2016 I purchased for Darkshark119, the rank of God. The purchase agreement is for the rank of God on ALL servers. He does not have it for Skyblock. Now, the other issue is that multiple people who work for the site have repeatedly told him and I that it would be fixed. I also created a thread and was assured it would be taken care of. The thread was closed, but sadly this issue has not been fixed. Six months has gone by with this issue being unresolved. I can only assume the server is not willing to fix this issue and has defrauded me of my money.

As of a week ago, it still was. The lack of response would say so too.

 

I was told the rank was resent a few days ago, I apologise for not messaging back, could you check if the rank is there?
