He's block glitching to get out of combat and that is bannable if you don't believe me ask the other mods.
Thanks for the help I'm going to tag another mod in because you clearly don't recognize this popular glitch that happens on prison most of the time. @Clxrity
It's a glitch that allows people to bypass the red glass which is meant to prevent you from leaving combat.
