One of my friends from Highschool is called Daniel, but we call him Danny. We met during Orientation day when he wore Vans to school for sports, then got told off by a teacher.
The whole day he had to face hoards of boys screaming and shouting "DAMNNN DANIEL!".. Half of the boys probably didn't know what Damn Daniel even was, but they just tagged along.

 

I wear White Adidas and still get

 

My boy name was going to be Daniel :>
